We at Hand Painted Gifts by MaryNDelaware want you to feel comfortable ordering from us. For this reason, we give you a few different options to choose from.

Shipping

I use only USPS Priority Mail for my shipments unless otherwise stated or requested for all US destinations as well as APO addresses.

Sometimes flat rate shipping may be available. I will price it out to see which would be most economical for you based on your zip code. I will refund any overpayment of shipping charges within 3 days of shipping.

Items will ship within 5 business days of receipt of payment unless custom order which will be sent out within 5 business days of payment and approval of completed project.

Personalized Hand Painted Custom Orders

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you order an item to be hand painted from a photo, I will email you with a picture of the finished product for your approval. Once you, the customer, approves the item, it will then become non refundable.

Custom orders do take time to be able to produce the exact product that you expect. Under normal circumstances, please allow 2-3 weeks for custom orders. During busy Holiday seasons this could take longer.

Feel free to email me at any time to get an estimated finish time on a particular custom hand painted order.
